Precautionary Procedures COVID-19

At MasParc we understand and share the growing concern about Coronavirus (COVID-19) and have been closely monitoring developments daily. As you know, Governor Baker issued a series of new guidelines and legislation restricting social gatherings, closing schools and many other restrictions effecting our lives daily.

The health and well-being of our customers is extremely important to us, which is why we have been following the CDC guidelines on the steps you can take to protect yourself from COVID-19 and we urge you to do the same.To do our part to slow the spread of COVID-19, MasParc will be taking active measures to protect our customers, while continuing to provide an exceptional level of service at the properties that we manage.  The following precautionary measures have been implemented and will be effective immediately:

  • Maintenance staff will be regularly disinfecting hand railings, door handles and any commonly touched items during the day and fully cleaning all common areas.
